All Sponsored Listings Payments Are NON-REFUNDABLE.

For maximum convenience, your sponsored listing will renew automatically. Depending on the plan that you choose, it will renew in 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year.  Your listing will renew at the regular price if you took advantage of a promotional offer. You can cancel your subscription at anytime through paypal and you will not be charged when your listing expires. Your sponsored listing will revert back to a regular listing at the end of the term you choose if you cancel your subscription.

*We have tried very hard to keep advertising costs low. We want everyone to benefit from our website and the advertising exposure that we offer. All Sponsored Listing Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. ]]> Wed, 30 Jan 2008 23:25:35 +0000 <![CDATA[How do I Upgrade to a Sponsored Listing?]]> http://www.athomedirectory.com/knowledgebase/article/5 95aee2fd7c6e6d6f6b627a8f60d6a0ce If you would like to upgrade your free listing to a Sponsored Listing, follow these instructions.

Look through our Sponsored Listing Options and choose the one that is right for you.

Once payment has been sent, you will need to send the following to upgrade@athomedirectory.com.

Please include your Link ID (located toward the bottom of your listing) and the paypal email address that was used for payment. It is very important to note your Link ID, especially if you have multiple listings in our directory.

If you don't have an active listing:

If you are already an active member of our directory, with a valid username and password, you will need to submit a detailed listing: Login with your username and password. When you are viewing your profile, click on "My Listings" then "Submit A Listing". If you need detailed instructions for submitting your listing, click here.

Once you have submitted your listing, email us at upgrade@athomedirectory.com with the paypal email address that was used for payment and let us know that you just submitted your listing. We will then upgrade your listing to sponsored before adding it to our directory.

Don't Have a Username and Password Yet?

If you don't have a username and password you will need to complete the registration process before you can submit your listing. Click Here to join our Directory! Once you receive your username and password, just follow the instructions above.

First make sure you have registered for an Advertising Portal Account. You cannot use your Directory login and password to login to the Advertising Portal. It requires a separate login.

Once you have registered, you will receive your password via email.

Visit http://www.AtHomeDirectory.comand login with your Username and Password:





Once logged in and viewing your Profile, click on "My Listings" in the Right Menu:



Click on "Submit a Listing":




Enter your Website URL in the box, be sure to include the http://



Once the system verifies your URL, you will be directed to a form that you
must complete and click on Submit:




Once your listing has been submitted, please allow 24-48 hours for
approval as we approve all ads by hand.
